 Veil is simply something spread out to hide or protect the face of an object from view. Synonymously, a veil could also be seen as a blind. Most people have blinds in their various homes which is intended to cover up their windows particularly from undue access to people outside the house. In the old testament, we were made to see that there was a tabernacle of worship and there exists a veil which demarcated the tabernacle into an holy place and the holiest place (hebrews 9:2-3) and the veil served as a covering to the tabernacle which is called is the holiest of all. This tabernacle was such that the first one was always entered by the priests to accomplish their service to God (hebrews 9:6) and the second one was always entered once in a year by the high priest only going in with the blood of lambs and bullocks to serve as sanctification for his errors and that of his people. This allowed for a veil covering this inner tabernacle so others would not have undue access to it due ...

Reprobate simply means immoral, having no religious or principled character. A reprobate mind is that which possesses the above features. Imagine a spiritual leader or a political leader with a renowned character commits a grave offence being fully aware of the commandments of God or the constitution of the land. What immediately comes into our mind as any individual who sees the news is that "Oh, how could it be that it was such person whom everyone is looking up to or expected to be aware of the consequences of such offence becomes a victim himself" . People tend to pass several comments some might even say that "I believe he should be more knowledgeable than what he did".  Truly, such people are actually aware that what they have done has huge consequences but they derive pleasure in doing it all because they have been given over to a reprobate mind. As a believer, we could also be in this same situation if we refuse to accept and acknowledge the knowledge of God...

  A whole lot goes down under the sun,when I say under the sun i am referring to the whole earth as a whole. Imagine a  child is born into the world, coming out of the mother's womb empty and naked, after the child's birth he is weaned and goes through several stages before he finally starts his education, from primary to secondary and to higher institution he could even go to the length of taking professional exams and pursuing his career to the peak. After this his parents tells him to bring home a wife, he gets married start having kids and making his kids follow the same process as he has been brought up,when he grows old he dies and maybe wills his property to his children and he without no doubt knows what happens again after his demise as he will be buried empty not even with the certificates and qualifications he has attained. How on earth can I suffer when I have Christ? No way! it's impossible. Suffering comes from various spheres of life. A believer who has confessed Christ as his or her personal Lord and Savior should always cheer up whenever any challenge which seem as suffering comes their way rather, such suffering should be seen as a stepping stone to a greater achievement. In the book of acts chapter (5:17-41) it was evidently seen how the disciples of Christ were made to suffer shame all in Christ's name they were imprisoned but at the end of it all they were released and vindicated by the power of  God Almighty and even made more exploits by winning souls to the Kingdom.   Furthermore, in the same book of acts chapter (16:19-37) Paul and Silas were literally beaten in the market place and jailed because they were trying to preach the gospel of Christ claiming they were speaking blasphemous words.They must have gone through a lot in the prison but what happened? The power of the Almighty...

There are ways to which a man can die.we have the physical death,eternal death and the spiritual death.A dead man is such who cannot carry on the daily activities,he is that who is lifeless, whose spirit is separated from the soul and body.A dead man cannot talk,he is oblivious of things around,he is totally empty and separated from the world.These above is what happens when a man dies physically. Spiritual death is of another realm, and this is what I will be dwelling on.A dead man spiritually is that which is dead in the things of the spirit. In the book of Genesis chapter 2,we were made to see how Adam and Eve kept in the garden of Eden were commanded not to eat of the tree of knowledge of good and evil lest they die(genesis 2:17).The death here, is not the physical death but a spiritual death.A spiritual death alienates one from his maker.Our God is known to be a Spirit being and whosoever is dead in the spirit cannot walk with the Father uprightly.Spiritual death comes with a lot...

   A vessel can be a container of liquid.Biologically, a vessel is a tube or canal that carries fluid in animal, human or plant.A vessel can be traced biblically as an instrument of use in the hands of the Father, as we are aware that an earthen vessel is made by a potter who is at discretion to mold the vessel whichever way he pleases,so also our Father can mold our lives anyway He chooses in order to make us vessels unto honor and worthwhile in His house (Jeremiah 18:3-6).    A chosen vessel is an instrument in the hands of the Lord to deliver His message accordingly and strictly, as a vessel is usually known to be a container of water, or any other liquid for home use,so also if we make ourselves available to the Father, he is keen to fill us up to the brim with the words of Life and truth such that as people take water from earthen vessel for use, people will begin to take from us the words of Life deposited in us by the Father which can never run dry. ...

Have you ever seen a pregnant woman in labour? What makes one know that such woman is in labour are the signs displayed by the pregnant woman.A token is simply something serving as an expression of something else put it as a sign or symbol. A token can be a symbol of covenant between man and his creator as this can be evidently seen in the book of (Genesis chapter 17:9-11). The Father of fathers made a covenant with Abraham to make him a father of many nations hence, there was an instruction to circumcise every man child in his home in order to make the circumcision a token of God's covenant with him and an everlasting  one.(Genesis 17:13).   Also, in the book of Exodus chapter 3:1-12 the Lord appeared to Moses to deliver His children from Egypt and He being with Moses in showing all the miracles to Pharoah will be a sign that He sent him.Several plagues befell Egypt as a result of his stubbornness, to the very point that the Israelites were asked to put the blood of the La...

A secret place is a place of hiding or that place where no one knows what is going on there. Biblically,I would say a secret place is a place of communion with your Creator, it could specifically not be a definite location but how you communicate with the Author and Finisher of your life in the spiritual realm.Our relationship with the Father in our secret places determines our outcome in the open,be it at workplace,school and mostly within our brethren.A chorister or a Pastor whose relationship with the father in the secret place is intact will of no doubt deliver according to the leading of the Spirit and so many will be blessed.Even as a christian sister or brother, if our secret place is sealed with the father such individual can never be dejected or put to shame in the open i.e at every sphere of such individual's life.
